Best place to stay in Almaty

The location was perfect — it is close to many restaurants, supermarkets, and even popular tourist spots in the city, which made everything very convenient for us.
The hotel was always clean and peaceful, creating a very comfortable atmosphere throughout our stay. The staff were very helpful and accommodating. Although there were some minor communication challenges, they truly did their best to provide excellent service to their guests.
The breakfast was satisfying and had everything you would need to start the day. The bread was freshly baked every day, which I absolutely loved.
Overall, I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone planning to visit Almaty. It truly offers great value for money.

Great place, recommended.

Location very good: quiet and central. Large rooms. All well preserved. Breakfast very good. Staff nice and helpful. Especially a young lady (I unfortunately forgot the name) who works at the reception and the breakfast buffet. Very professional, she helped us to charge our SIM card. DANKE!

Nice stay in Almaty

The room is clean and quiet. Near to my business partners with rich surrounding facilities. And very thanks to the front desk staff Arkhad and Ayazhan, they are very friendly and helpful, and always with big smile. They make me feel good every day here.

For that price, super! New hotel!

Price and quality!
Very nice hotel - spacious room, comfortable bed, beautiful view. The hotel is located very conveniently - 2 km to the Hotel Kazakhstan and the lift. 0.5 km to metro station.
Very polite and responsive staff.
Beautiful breakfast.

A wonderful hotel in a wonderful city.

The hotel fully corresponds to its star rating, very customer-oriented. Having arrived at check-in at nine in the morning, they immediately gave us the keys to the room and offered us breakfast. The staff is wonderful, polite and attentive. I was very pleased with the room. The mattress and pillows are comfortable, the bed is new and beautiful. Clean and excellent soundproofing. The rooms are better than in the photo. Breakfast is good, everything you need is provided. The sweetest girl prepares bean coffee. Ideal price-quality ratio. I recommend.
