Great newly refurbished hotel with excellent service

Great hotel. Very attentive staff. I arrived early and they let me check in around 9am, way before the official check in time. Newly refurbished. Everything is new, clean and in perfect condition. It has a small gym, decent size for a hotel. They also offer massage in the hotel, which I can recommend. Very quite, the hotel was not very busy.

It’s just 1 hour and experienced many incident so not expecting stay to be great.

Checked in at mid night
1. nobody to drop luggage
2. Requested for match box and lighter at reception same was not available in the hotel
3.As we don’t have 2 pin adaptor to charge phone requested for adaptor then receptionist asked to come down .
Later on she called up to confirm all are in circulation so it’s not available

Very good

The place is beautiful and the rooms are medium but good.. There is a light discharge but no sound discharge .. I let them not clean the room and they left me water at the door and I loved this thing.. I didn't like the kitchen closed at night because I was hungry and they said it was closed.. No spatula in bathroom ..

Quiet stay

Stayed for 2 nights during my recent trip to Almaty. It was my first time in the city and this hotel came recommended by a travel site.
The room features a minimalistic design with simple decor. The water pressure in the shower is amazing and deserves a mention. Staff are courteous - shoutout to Zhanibek and Nuray for their excellent service.
The breakfast spread is quite decent, offering a good variety of options. Location wise it’s not right in the heart of Almaty city centre, however Arbat Street is within a short walking distance. Right across the road from the hotel is a supermarket (Magnum Express) and the next street has a good number of money exchange and restaurants.
