Nice and friendly hotel with a lovely garden. Beware though that there is music everywhere all the time, especially during weekends the pool is turned into a disco. Also, book directly with them and not via this site, I had prepaid but had to pay once again since they had not received the payment. They were super friendly but it took a lot of time.

I primarily chose the hotel for its location near the Grace Bible Church where I was participating in a conference. The grounds and room were clean and well-maintained. Good 24-hour security. There are steps as the property is on a hill. Not many guests, but breakfast was always on time and I could go to the dining room as needed. Convenient, clean and secure.

Missed chance

We just used a lunch in the garden but it’s really unbelievable. There was just one other table occupied and everywhere you were disturbed by Tanzanian variety on reggaeton. From all sides came too loud music and of course all was different so after half an hour we got headaches.
Such a very nice peaceful place only disturbed by the staff which probably likes this music and forgot that guests are the most important bringers of money.
Basses too loud , real headache music.

Off the beaten track

The hotel is in an excellent setting, with nice gardens.
Spacious, comfortable room, breakfast ok.
But, oh my, they need to address issues in the kitchen !! The restaurant was practically empty (I think I know the reason) - we chose fairly basic, including soup starter, and it took over 90 minutes before we were served at all!!
Really, no excuse, unacceptable and will affect my choice whether to go there again....need to get this sorted out, I am told it’s always the same...

Not recommended

Rooms are very poorly furnished. There is mould on the wall and ceiling. TV not working. Wifi initially did not work although the staff were helpful and put a router in my room. There is a glass panel over the door letting in light so hard to get to sleep. MAtress has no cover. Great big green letters all over sheets and pillow cases. evening meal really poor quality. Fish and potatoes very dry, vegetables raw. No tatare sauce and waitress disappeared for a long time so I couldn't ask for it. Not even any tonic and the smallest tot of gin I have ever seen, impossible to taste with the Crest I had to substitute for tonic. Not even a hot tap for the bathroom wash basin. No lift, lots of stairs.
