Exceeded expectations. Clean rooms and facilities, room was cleaned and bed made every day, breakfast was great, staff was very polite, helpful and accommodating. Highly recommend.

Better avoid this hotel

This is a hotel you better avoid. Rooms without ventilation, inward window, very noisy.
The toilet does not flush properly and the shower leaks more water to the bathroomfloor than to the drain, which is a surprise given the low amount of water coming from the shower head... The water is cold which is okay today as it is warm.

The highlight of the stay were the friendly staff.
The room was clean, but the shower floor drains are semi clogged and slow, so the shower or entire bathroom floor does get flooded when you shower. There is no AC, so depending on the time of the year, the room can get hot.
The complementary WiFi was fast and appreciated.
The complementary breakfast had variety and was tasty and authentic to the local culture with continental breakfast options provided as well.

Run down. Hot. A dog that barked all night, every night and sounded like he was INSIDE the hotel. Staff said they talked to the neighbor, who owns the dog, and he refuses to do anything. I suggest the hotel take this review and many others like it and show the neighbor. Finally, the shower threw water all over the bathroom on slippery floors. We used a towel to get to the toilet without falling, and then they manager tried to charge us for a new towel because the one we had "was too dirty." Did I mention the dog? I love dogs. I hate terrible owners.
