Best place to be in Kisumu, the food, ambience, staff, the rooms are just top notch. The location is also central for easy navigation and the cleanliness is commendable.

Very Pleasant

I have stayed here four times in total, with the most recent visit in August 2025. It's an oasis amidst the hustle and bustle of Kisumu city. Very hospitable staff, and it is very well priced with the newer section, especially standing out. Large clean, air-conditioned rooms, a bit of a squeeze with the bathroom situation but certainly not a deal breaker. Freshly made food with a particularly good breakfast spread. Recommended for business travellers within this city.
The parking can get a bit tight, but again, it's not a deal breaker.

Basic - but good.

Our room was spacious and clean - but the Wi-Fi didn’t work, which was a bummer since I was there for work. The water closet was difficult to flush and definitely needs repair.
Breakfast options were local, and well done.

ROOMS

The rooms on third floor are the best,spacious and very clean.pacho meeting point is the best for having fresh air after a long day and away from the heat of kisumu which can sometimes way you down.The only area for improvement is the Reception which looks abit dull and unwelcoming.

Spacious rooms friendly staffs overall great experience.Good room amenities,wonderful buffet breakfast with variety,quit night less disturbance ,easily accessible,the foods were very fresh good tilapia dish.
