The place is nice for relaxation and very pocket friendly,there meals are delicious and the general hygiene of the place is to the standards.l will recommend anyone to go have some good time especially during the festive season

The Best Place To Chill While In Kitale

The nyama Choma served by lenox was mwahh I kid you not you must try that,my wife had kuku Choma which was our fast time but I loved it.
The staffs are so friendly that you wish to stay longer.
The food is so fresh and we were even help book a taxi

Relaxed

It's a good place to relax and catch up with friends/family especially since it's located in a quieter part of town.
I haven't stayed there overnight therefore I can't comment on the state of their boarding facilities.

Poor everything

I stayed for four nights. The first two I spent shifting from one room to another because they are in very poor condition. You will find several non functional facilities in the rooms so you keep changing or stay with e. g leaking sinks, cold water or no functional TV and many other essential services which may not be working.
The TV is another matter altogether. They only show two channels, controlled from the bar so the controller is the one who decides for everyone else what to watch and when.
Early in the morning at around 6am the cleaners congregate at one corner outside some rooms and talk non stop so unless one is very sleepy, you wake up from that time.
The restaurant.. They serve good meals but very dirty utensils and careless attitude from the staff. So one has to be keen and patient.
I would only recommend this place for one night if you arrive late in Kitale.

Stay here!! If you want to get your stuff stolen ...

I stayed at Super Break Hotel for four nights for business in Kitale. On the last night, because ATMs are not easily available in the area, I cashed out some money. In total, around $1,000 USD plus my iPod and external Hard Drive got stolen from my room while I was sitting on the veranda about 50 mts away from the room. The hotel owner just said "pole sana" (sorry) and I spent a beautiful night at Kitale's Police Station. Of course, nothing was recovered.
Do not stay in this place if you want to avoid dreadful situations like this one. Stay at Kitale Club, the rooms are not much more expensive.
