The worst experience

On arrival we were informed that we had been booked in the wrong room and our rooms were already occupied. The breakfast took so long with our waiter being confused until we missed our meal and what we were served was cold. The meals are beyond expensive and basic. As I mentioned we had been given the wrong room a day later the drainage had a problem and the room smelt of sewerage we asked to be moved and were told the place was fully booked only to be woken up the next day and asked to move because a “family” had booked our room as if we weren’t a family, the alternative rooms we were shown were dark and musty there was literally one bulb. When we again complained about the drainage our concerns were dismissed with rude remarks. I would not recommend this place please if you love your health. I’m also suspecting there might have been bed bugs because we all had really strange bitting all over. Do not go here this place is a health hazard.
