A lovely, elegant and well maintained hotel with the friendliest and most helpful staff. My stay was all about relaxing after a trek and it ticked all the boxes for comfort and convenience. The restaurant food was delicious, the beer cold and the evening entertainment top-notch. Would definitely recommend this place.

Hotel sapphire is an amazing hotel. Good proximity from the airport. The staff were hospitable especially Andrew from a service Mukami from reception and Evelyn the PT. I will recommend coming back again and to my friends.
