WE GOT FOOD POISONING

We checked in for to get a bed and breakfast,We got food poisoning that left us sick for days.
Their breakfast was a stale mango juice,that was foul smelling
Travellers Beware,go there at your own peril

Good location but not user friendly

stopped by here, to check out prices and the rooms on offer...the lift was not working but was scheduled for a repair later that day so walked up three flights of stairs; room phone was out of order and the aircon was noisy; they showed me two rooms and I said I would return to check the others that were available..when I returned later about a couple of hours later, the receptionist told me both the rooms I had looked at earlier had gone, but there were two others I could look at; these were not as nice as the ones Id seen earlier so I wasnt sure she was telling the truth; she even asked me to check for rooms at another local hotel and I wondered just how keen she was to get people booking the rooms at this hotel; she was not very friendly and it was hard work trying to ask for some assistance, so I left and I was glad that I did!

Poor catering standards

I stayed here for two nights, bed and breakfast. Breakfast was like total chaos, we looked like we were begging for food to be replenished, very embarrassing situation. They also book very large groups like local sports team that make the place look like a noisy night club...very "roudy" environment. Management was unable to rein on the noisy aspect of the rugby teams that were residing here.Don't advise anyone who wants comfort to waste their money here, you'll regret fully.

Unpleasant experience with the Room fan!!

The room's fan was making alot of noise that I couldn't sleep at 2AM. I called the hotel staff to check but nothing was fixed. It is very unacceptable and less professional.
The staff however apologized for the inconvenience caused but I still had a shorter sleep. Not good if you are in Mombasa to work.
