My stay at Pan Pacific Serviced Suites Nairobi was truly exceptional. What made it unforgettable was the outstanding service from the team.
After a very busy day in Nairobi, my flight was scheduled for 7:00 a.m., so I requested a wake-up call at 6:00 a.m. Unfortunately, I slept through both my alarm and the calls from reception. That's when Venon went the extra mile—he personally came to my room to wake me up while I was in a deep sleep. He also quickly organized my airport transfer with the driver, Sammy.
Thanks to their dedication and teamwork, I arrived at the airport just five minutes before check-in closed and was able to catch my flight. I was incredibly grateful not to miss it.
This level of care, professionalism, and commitment to guests is rare. A heartfelt thank you to Venon, Sammy, and the entire team at Pan Pacific Serviced Suites Nairobi for making my stay so memorable. I will definitely be coming back!

Excellent Service, Immaculate Suites, and an Amazing Fitness Team
I had an excellent stay at Pan Pacific Serviced Suites Nairobi. The location is perfect for both business and leisure, with convenient access to Westlands’ restaurants, offices, and shopping. The property was exceptionally clean, and the housekeeping team maintained the suites to a very high standard. The staff were warm, professional, and attentive throughout my stay. The food was delicious, especially the breakfast, which offered a great variety of fresh, high-quality options. The gym was modern, spotless, and very well equipped. A special thank you to Shem, whose professionalism, knowledge, and friendly attitude made every workout enjoyable.
