Discrimination

I visited for dinner with my family on Saturday last month. The restaurant has a beautiful atmosphere, but unfortunately, the service and food did not match. We waited 40 minutes for our main courses, and when they arrived, our food was lukewarm and under-seasoned. We informed our server, who apologized and called the Italian manager ( Cristian) but did not offer to replace or reheat the dish. The manager's behavior was completely unacceptable and discriminatory. He ignored our requests for service while immediately assisting white guests who arrived after us / made inappropriate, racially coded comments regarding our table. This disparate treatment made us feel incredibly unwelcome. A person in a leadership position should uphold basic standards of professionalism and inclusivity. Due to this manager's biased actions, I will not be returning, and I urge upper management to review the staff conduct on this restaurant.

Pizza and fun music

Very nice beach with few umbrellas and friendly staff. Lovely sea, one of the most fascinating places to see in Watamu, the shallow
and the islets in front of the beach are a destination
Very popular tourist.
It is a bit uncomfortable to swim and when the tide goes up the water is not crystal clear.
Good pizza served on the beach, good restaurant. Very very funny party they have every Saturday with music and lots of people.

Nice hotel with spacious rooms and efficient air conditioning. The beds are very comfortable and provide a good night’s sleep. Breakfast could be more varied, and we missed having cheese in the omelet ant it would have been nice to have a proper espresso machine in the bar that grinds the beans.
