The hotel staff were friendly and accommodating. Sammy was very helpful at the front desk, great service. The facilities were good and it was the perfect place to relax for a couple of days.

The hotel is located in the Yintan Resort, adjacent to the Ferry Terminal and Qiaogang Style Street, a few minutes walk away; Buffet on the first floor and morning tea on the second floor a la carte, rich variety, to meet the different tastes of friends, children's playground, swimming pool, loved by the public ~ waiting for your next visit.

Not worthy of five stars at all, there is a musty smell when you enter, and the nozzle in the shower room can't be hung, you have to hold the nozzle with one hand to take a shower, the sea view room is not at all, please see the picture, the room fee of more than 1,000 a night is not at all not worth! This is the worst five-star hotel I've ever stayed in! And the price is expensive and does not include breakfast!

This is the first time I came to Beihai, and I chose to stay at New Century Grand Hotel. The overall feeling is very good. There are many kinds of breakfast in the hotel, all of which are delicious, including local specialties. Ms. Pang Xingxin at the front desk helped us check in with a great service attitude, and also introduced us to recommended attractions around. The hotel is very close to the beach, just a short walk away, so convenient. Next time I come to Beihai, I will stay here again!
