It was amazing to enjoy the great service the first step in the stuff on the doir handover a tissue gor wiping my glasses all the staff very kind and helpful a great value for money the rooms very nice and clean the TCM treatment at his own class an highlight was the outdoor pool

It's always a pleasure to be able to come to GuoXiNanShan hot springs and Hotel. Their attention and attentiveness is amazing! I am giving them a 5 star review. It's clean and beautiful. They gave us a welcoming fruit platter and gave the kids a welcoming gift. The hot springs are wonderful, so warm and relaxing. I totally recommend you visit this hotel and Hot Springs. A fabulous hotspring resort with many baths to choose from. The hotel rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable with good view of the springs or garden. Staff are pleasant and hotel is exquisite.

The hotel is very nice. Absolutely ALL the staff is super friendly and are always willing to help, despite not speaking the language they have made an effort to meet all our needs. The room surprised us a lot, because everything is perfect for the children. We were there with our 3 children (11, 5 and 3 years old) and the truth is that there is entertainment for all ages! There is small football, board games, ping pong table, billiard table, karaoke, there are also chicks and alpacas and a panda show. Breakfast is very well stocked, there is food for all tastes. The pools and hot springs are in very good condition. Thank you very much to all the staff for making us feel welcome the whole time, we will definitely be back very soon.
