Staff were very helpful and friendly. They upgraded the room for free to a Queen size. Rooms are clean and tidy and have a great view of the city. Close to shops and restaurants and Riff club nearby for live music and DJs. Lots of cool places to checkout nearby. I will definitely stay again.

This hotel is very nice, I come to Hunan for a concert that is very close to the venue. The room is very clean and comfortable. The breakfast is very delicious. The staffs is very nice and helpful. Loey and Karry, the staffs, they have a good service mind.
