Easy to find. Great location. Near to various shopping and eateria. They also upgraded our room for free. The room is very clean and nice view. The service from the counter/information also very good. Breakfast also good. They also provide free luggage delivery to the airport. We regreat that we didn't book for more nights till the day departing to the airport.

We stay in a family room. My kid loves it. The room is well facilitated and clean. Enjoy my stay here. Very friendly staffs and services provided here. Thanks 小方 and the room cleaning staff.

Stayed in June 2025 for 2 nights on level 10 elegant twin bed rooms. The aircon was weak but bearable and the toilet is slightly dirty as there were a hair and small pest. The carpet is stained not perfect but just wear slippers. Hotel breakfast was okay. Need to take lift to level 7 to the hotel reception. Rooms come with toiletries.

Location of the hotel is great, it’s very near the Wuyi Square. Front desk is located on the seventh floor of the building. The room is clean and comfortable except for the water pressure, it needs to be improved. Front desk is helpful particularly in helping us send our luggage to the train station for free, the staff at the luggage pick up location is also very accommodating.

感谢你的入住和好评！万代大酒店的位置特别好，就在市中心五一广场这站地铁口7号出口，确实是您旅游出行到长沙的最便利选择哟！关键是酒店楼下吃喝玩乐的店特别多，您不用走很远楼下就可以逛吃逛吃！另外酒店距离国金中心2分钟，太平老街5分钟，步行街火宫殿5分钟，去湘江边杜甫江阁以及文和友也很近，步行8分钟！去橘子洲的话地铁2站，去岳麓山3站地铁，出去和回来酒店休息都很方便！
