My stay at Home2 Suites by Hilton was made truly memorable because of Kaka, an incredible staff member who went above and beyond to ensure a wonderful experience. From the moment I arrived, her warmth and professionalism stood out.
Kaka’s hospitality was superb she not only assisted with everything at the hotel but also became my personal guide to the city. She patiently explained how to use local apps, shared insider tips, and made navigating China so much easier. Her knowledge and kindness made me feel at home, and her enthusiasm was infectious.
If you’re staying here, don’t hesitate to ask for Kaka she’s like having an entire guide to China in one amazing person.
