International branded hotels in Chengdu

International hotel brand located in Chengdu hotels, the quality is guaranteed. Room space is spacious, standard intervals, new furnishings. The room is very clean, personal supplies should be full and one-time personal supplies are provided. We participated in the tour of the holiday, the room serves small cakes and fruits, very careful.

Place for improvement!

Hilton Chengdu Chenghua is an overall decent hotel with friendly staff, comfortable rooms, and a good gym. The bed was great, and the facilities are generally up to Hilton standards.
However, for an international hotel chain, the lack of English communication is a real issue. Most of the staff barely speak English, which makes even simple requests unnecessarily complicated.
The bigger concern is the food labeling in both the Executive Lounge and at breakfast – many dishes are not labeled at all, which is a real problem for people with allergies or dietary restrictions. There are also almost no Western breakfast options, which is surprising for a Hilton.
While the hardware (rooms, gym, comfort) is excellent, the management and attention to detail need serious improvement to meet international expectations.

1.Language Support: We will reinforce English training for our frontline teams and ensure at least one staff member with strong English skills is available during key service hours to assist international guests.
2.Food Labeling & Options: We will immediately review and improve labeling in the Executive Lounge and breakfast area, including allergen and dietary information. We are also evaluating our breakfast offerings to include more Western-style options that meet the expectations of our international guests.
Your observation about “hardware vs. management detail” is well taken. We are committed to elevating our service soft skills and operational precision to match the quality of our facilities.
