Good hotel that is next to a metro station and mall.

I stayed here for one night during my 3-day trip to Chongqing. The check-in is fast and attended by two attentive staff members, Ms. Cathy Yang and Ms. Mia Xian. Two cookies were given during check-in. Since this is a post-Christmas season, the cookies taste more cinnamon-ish, which I find good.
My room is on the highest floor. It is an executive room with executive lounge access as I am a Gold Member of Hilton. Thanks for the upgrade.
The breakfast is a mixture of local and Western delicacies. Delish and fresh.
This time, I did not use the executive lounge as I was busy being a tourist in Chongqing. Hehe. The lounge is being temporarily relocated to level 2 from level 35.
The hotel is located within 5 minutes’ walk from the Metro Station, and the hotel is in the same building as Conrad Chongqing.

The hotel is excellent, the room size is perfect, the shower also included a hot tube and the breakfast offers a wide variety.

I am an American citizen and I was asked to report to the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) office in USA after I was already checked in the hotel. This was beyond my control and something unexpected and uncontrolled by me. I was very surprised by this notice for me to report asap. I am most that Hilton is so uncaring and unconcerned and very rigid and not accommodating to the guest and their American government agency demands of the guest reporting to the agency and hotel just robbed me of my hard earned money. I will never again go to the Hilton hotel anywhere.

Very friendly staff

The best customer service Hilton I ever stayed. Daniel is the best staff with friendly and helpful services. He had nice smiles. The other that works there is also friendly and nice.
