Exceptional Service Consistency

This is my absolute favorite hotel in Chongqing. I’ve stayed here multiple times, and the quality remains top-notch. What sets this property apart is its service culture. Unlike many other luxury hotels, including some Regent in other places, the staff here are genuinely warm and professional without overdoing it.
Meanwhile, it’s also very rare to see such high-level consistency across its every department—front office, concierge, and F&B alike. They really get it right.
Special thanks to Effy. She is a standout professional who consistently goes above and beyond to ensure my comfortable stay. Her attention to details of customers' needs is much appreciated.

The hotel is located at such prime real estate in Chongqing, overlooking the Yangtze River and the Chongqing skyline and landmark 洪崖洞. The property itself was also remarkably clean, modern. The staff were helpful and polite. Would recommend to anyone that visits Chongqing, 10/10

Great facilities, staff and service. The gym has good selection of weights and a sauna/steam room/cold plunge. Roof view on the 7th floor bar at night is stellar. Staff super responsive over WeChat.

Luxurious Property, Top Notch Service and Hardware

Top notch service across all staff at hotel - professional, attentive and 6 star standard. Rooms were huge, very clean and well maintained.
Housekeeping was fantastic - day cleaning and evening turn down, getting my clothes left around folded nicely, loose cable nicely tied up, keeping the room in top notch condition. I enjoyed 3 free laundry pieces per person per day and getting them delivered before 12 noon every day, room haven menu with very personalized options like monoculars for star gazing offerings not available at other top notch hotels, free mini bar refillable everyday including alcoholic beverages.
There was always someone to hold car door at the main lobby, greeting guests as we made our way back to our room. Breakfast was delicious the staff were very attentive always getting our coffee cups filled cleaning used plates recommending dishes and helping out whenever possible.

Not impressed

We didn’t enjoy our stay here at all. Our twin room was small and very dark. It seemed to have dust in the corners, noticeable on the dark wood floor. The aircon would not turn down anywhere near the temp on the thermostat.
We couldn’t get a meal in a restaurant at 21:20. The only vegetarian meal on room service is a noodle dish that is so spicy it is inedible.
We would definitely not stay here again.
