We had a good time here. The room overlooked Erhai and you can catch the sunrise straight from your room. There is a convenience store right outside, and the nearest restaurant, which we visited a few times, is only 400m away. The proprietors were welcoming and helpful. You can catch one of the many small tour buses a few steps away from the property to get to other locations along the eco corridor. We were able to use Didi to call for a car or cab to get to other locations in Dali, such as the few paid gardens nearby that were beautiful.

I have booked apple eye, blue sea and blue sky in the ancient city, Shuanglang Haiyue Inn, and Huahaishe in Caicun. This hotel is located on the edge of Caicun, closer to Longkan Wharf. The entrance is a good spot to watch the sunrise. The starry sky at night is better than others The two places are obvious, but there are fewer choices to eat around. The yard of the inn is beautifully maintained. The rooms are high-rise and large. There is a terrace on the second floor and verbena outside the windows on the first floor. Breakfast is made in turn. Ask the boss what you want to eat. We ate porridge, fried dough sticks, and steamed buns that day. They were delicious~
