Asked to cancel the confirmed reservation for my stay on the 12th night, and told the golf course to be unable to play. I immediately replied that the water pipe burst would not be repaired for three days. I hoped that he could explain the reason and inform him of the time he could leave the game so that it could be arranged. However, the hotel still prevaricates the problem with the facilities, so I refused to cancel the order. The next day after Ctrip's customer service intervened, they informed the hotel that the water pipes should be repaired on the afternoon of the 12th, allowing the guests to check in at 17:00, and at the same time upgrade the guests' business suites to deluxe suites as compensation. Arrogant hotel, you are a brainless guest, do you really believe that you can't take over the guest because of a burst water pipe? I have clearly pointed out on the phone whether your store requested to cancel the order because of the reception of the boss's guests. Can't you be more honest with the guests so that the guests can make corresponding arrangements? Although your shop finally accepted the service after our stay was good, and I also played the game through the booking company, but it would be better if people in front of your shop don’t feel fooled, bullied, and unruly. ? !
