Exceptional Service and Beautiful Mountain Views
A young man with glasses was always smiling and very patient in explaining everything to us. Tiffany was especially thoughtful — she helped plan our next day’s itinerary and even arranged to send our luggage to another hotel, even though we were not staying there that day.
Such genuine care and hospitality really made our trip special. Highly recommended!

Horrible.
The only positive aspect of this accommodation is the natural surroundings, which are beautiful and peaceful. However, everything else has been a great disappointment.
The photographs that appear in the advertising do not reflect reality. The rooms are not as shown in the images and have issues with humidity and mold. Additionally, if you stay near the pond, it is common to find frogs inside the room.
Another very uncomfortable aspect is that the shower is outside; the room does not have an indoor shower as one would expect.
The breakfast is very poor, with little variety and far below what is advertised.
Regarding the massage, the experience was unacceptable. The supposed massage area is not a suitable place to offer this service: it was dirty, had an unpleasant smell, humidity on the walls, cigarette butts in the windows, and very poor hygiene conditions.
Additionally, the establishment advertises services and facilities that are not available. They do not have a pool, despite it still appearing in the offer, and they also do not have a true professional space for massages.
Overall, the feeling is that one has paid for something that does not correspond with what was offered. A very disappointing experience and a very poor value for money.
