The hotel was newly opened in early 2026, rooms were modern and spotless. The toilet had heating and showers are modern. The beds were comfortable. My kid liked the loft bed for some added privacy. There were plenty of electricity sockets to charge our phones and things. The room is also fitted with a large projector to watch tv.
Location was perfect, only a few minutes walk to the most popular East Gate entrance. Taxi can be dropped off right in front. When we arrived, the owner's puppy came to welcome us :) and my kid always wanted to go to the lobby to play with him.
We contacted the hotel in advance for assistance in getting the park entry tickets. Luckily they were fluent in English. They were very patient in understanding our plans and advised us on what tickets to get, and even helped us find discount on the 4-day tickets. The map print-out the hotel prepared was very useful and they explained which spot to get on and off the buses to visit the scenic spots which made the journey so much easier and enjoyable.
Lots of restaurants nearby, and massage parlours if you feel tired after the hiking.
Overall, a very pleasant stay and will definitely recommend to our friends visiting ZJJ. Thank you!

This is a very convenient hotel for the entrance to Zhangjiajie park. It is a short walk to the East gate. It's a bit difficult to find using its address. Go to the end of Jundi road. There is a lift arm gate. Drive up into a small plaza. The hotel is one of several facing the plaza. The young man at the front desk was the biggest asset because he spoke fluent English and sat with us and gave us many tips about the park which is enormous and other attractions. The room we had was clean and very modern, and was above the level of budget hotels we have stayed at.

Hugo and Jeanne from Ireland. We had a fantastic couple of nights staying in JinYu Hotel. Incredibly convenient for east gate entrance to the park, fantastic room, lovely cosy design. The staff were the highlight however Harris was a fantastic host for English speaking visitors, he looked after all of our needs and helped us for questions regarding bookings for the park. Highly recommended for anyone visiting!

Номер с большим окном и внизу рабочие которые тут же заглядывают к вам через большое окно, поэтому не стоит , очень сильная слышимость в номере , стройка прямо в этом отеле в правом крыле с 9 утра примерно дрели , нет завтрака , лучше посмотреть другой отель. Вид прямо в окна другого отеля . Обслуживание вежливое , номер небольшой но все есть , переночевать подойдет. Бесплатно дали дождевик , в отеле холодно в прохладную погоду +12 градусов было 27 апреля. Дождь .
