The hotel is amazing! Placed in a quiet beautiful location with spectacular view from the suit. Also very cheerful host who helped us with a lot of bookings and gave some advice how to spend time in the National Park. The entrance to the Park is in 500 metres from the Hotel

It was great stay!! we are vegetarian, so they have made very nice vegetarian food for us. Hotel staff is very co-operative. Erson had done very nice job to make our trip very very comfortable. love to stay again in this hotel!!

Very helpful and friendly. Great recommendations and tips for visiting the park. Helped with many arrangements. Location near the west entrance was great for avoiding crowds. All meals onsite were great. Would not hesitate to recommend to others.

Host helped us to buy all entrance tickets and plan our daily route in Zhangjiajie national forest park. They strongly recommended certain very nice scenic spot where most tour group would not visit, and we truly enjoyed the view. Very helpful and warmth, always ready to answer our question and lend helping hand.

This hotel was the perfect base for a relaxed Zhangjiajie trip, thanks to Eason and Lucas, who genuinely made our stay special. They picked us up from the train, helped us book tickets, plan out our days to dodge the crowds, and recommended quieter spots that offered stunning, uncrowded views. They even went above and beyond to help us with logistics after we left. Their knowledge of the area made our experience feel wonderfully off the beaten path, which can be challenging in Zhangjiajie!
The location is ideal—just five minutes from the Yangjiajie Gate and away from the main tourist flow. Eason even offered us rides to the entrance every morning, which made getting around simple and stress-free. While we mostly spoke in Chinese, they’re comfortable in English too.
The hotel itself is clean and peaceful, with mountain views right from the windows. Meals were a highlight especially after a long day out, with a delicious breakfast each morning and home-cooked dinners. Eason even picked a winter melon fresh from the garden for our soup one evening. This place felt like a real home away from home and made Zhangjiajie feel beautifully calm. Can’t recommend it enough! Thank you so much Eason and Lucas!
