Comfortable stay experience

For your first time in Chongqing, stay at Chongqing Sheraton Hotel.
The hotel gave me the impression of being new and should only open for two or three years. The halls, rooms, restaurants, indoor pools and even the administrative lounges are stylishly designed. Help us Check in Chole proactive and courteous, service enthusiasm.
It is about 15 minutes drive from the high-speed train station to the hotel. The hotel is located in the lake district, next to the wetland park. Nearby attractions are also Mount Hook, driving to Seven Star Rock for almost half an hour.
As a Platinum Card member, in addition to getting the hotel upgraded to a high-rise suite, the staff also sends us congratulations. The suite is spacious and elegant, very comfortable, the terrace is super large, facing the wetland park, and the view is pleasant.
If you want to come to Chongqing to relax, this hotel is also a good choice.

Nice hotel, just pretend to care a little more

Nice hotel, popular city for biking and walking, the issue was staff just did not really care much. In lounge food was put out and then they disappear completely. Chinese restaurant, actually not run by Hotel, but staff just not interested, food was just warm at best, and seemed like most staff were just doing time.. Rooms are nice, away from the city but places to walk near hotel as well as indoor and outdoor stadiums. Going to the city center and seeing the lake 5A area worthwhile.

Great relax place and will stay again if come back

Very relax location it is located. Great that I swam at the indoor pool there but a bit too cold there. Buffet breakfast venue has great venue but the food was average as not many varieties. Room view was great and everything in good order.

Super high quality hotel with superb hygiene and services
Reception Chloe is super professional and helpful 
Staff are well attended and breakfast is great and serves a wide variety of food 
Facilities are new and well maintained
Executive room is very cozy and large with a great view of the lake
