We stayed 2 nights here and had an extremely pleasant experience! This is a family business owned by a Tibetan family, and they were extremely welcoming ever since we step foot into their BNB. On our first night, the owners showed a lot of concern as we were experiencing altitude sickness. There was an oxygen tank in the room, as well a large one in the sitting room. The room that we stayed in was spacious. The beds are heated very well and we felt really warm in the room. The service of our host family was excellent. We had dinner at the BNB on both nights we stayed, and the food was especially delicious. The breakfast, although simple, was very tasty and allowed us to experience a typical Tibetan breakfast. The owners constantly checked in on us to ensure that the food was to our liking, and that we were having a pleasant stay. There is a hill behind their house where you can take a full view of the Songzanlin Monastery as well (a 10 to 15 minute walk)! Overall, our stay here was a very homely and warm experience. We will definitely come back to visit! Thank you so much to the host family; we really enjoyed our stay here :)

The host was very friendly and experienced in guiding foreign visitors on how to purchase tickets for Songzanlin Monastery. Without the host’s advice, we wouldn’t have known that the ticket price includes a 28 RMB fee for the shuttle bus from the visitor center to the monastery, which we didn’t need to pay since we had our own car to take us there. We also wouldn’t have known that foreign visitors cannot buy tickets directly at the monastery entrance but must purchase them at the visitor center. Thanks to the host’s recommendation, we discovered a small hill near the homestay, where we enjoyed a stunning view of Songzanlin Monastery shrouded in morning mist. For travelers planning to visit Songzanlin Monastery, staying at this homestay is an excellent choice.

This homestay is the best I've ever stayed in. The location is in a little village just 10 minutes walk from songzanlin temple. It is off the business of dukezong ancient city which is perfect for anyone seeking some tranquillity.
The property itself is amazingly clean. I booked the top floor room for the direct view to songzanlin temple and surrounding mountains. It has 2 beds which would have fitted a family. The property has 2 sections, one with traditional decoration and the other section with modern decoration (which mine was). The room had projector as a TV, smart toilet, and the shower comes with heater functionality. The room also has heated flooring. The balcony is spacious and perfect to drink tea and chill while enjoying the view.
The best part of the homestay thought was the host family. They were very warm and welcoming. The boss drove me to buy ticket to the songzanlin temple, to the bus station the next day and the train station the following morning. Traditional zang tribe breakfast was also provided and I got to taste authentic yak butter tea. They had a couple of options available for dinner (yak hotpot or chicken matsutake hotpot). Both of them were too big a portion for a solo traveller but I ordered the chicken matsutake hotpot which was the smaller one. Amazing tasting soup, one of the best I've ever had.

应该说现在的民宿都在进步，但是曲登乃仓仍是一个个例，干净的我们出门回来都不好意思进门，生怕把地址踩脏了。民宿离松赞林布寺很近，一路看着风景走不需要十分钟就到了。老板一家待人非常热情，非常重要的是不管你中午或晚上回来，都可以按照自己的要求吃到可口的饭菜，且比起外面的饭店物美价廉。

Environment: In Songzanlin Temple Scenic Area, if you go to the hotel in Shuozhu Scenic Area, you can get discounted tickets. Facilities: Complete facilities, heating and electric blankets are available, so you are not afraid of the cold at all. The store turned on the heating 👍🏻 before we arrived, and then the homestay also provided oxygen. Hygiene: very clean! Very clean and tidy and worth mentioning is the yak meat hot pot! Very tasty! Big pot for 4 of us and the portion was huge! , the boss also gave us barley wine to taste and breakfast! I love their barley pancakes! In short, this homestay is very good!
