This check-in experience is very average, and it is the worst experience I have had when traveling abroad in recent years. The room is big enough and the location is ok. But what I have to complain about is that the facilities are outdated, there is no phone in the room, I have to take the elevator down to the front desk to ask for anything, the hot water system in the room is very poor, there is no hot water for bathing, go down to the first floor to ask the front desk, and the reply says yes First turn on the faucet for a while to get hot water. We turned it on for a long time to get warm water. In February, the water temperature was too cold to take a shower. The front desk said that maybe the hot water in our room was not good. We asked for another room card to go to another room. When taking a shower in the room, the faucet was turned on for a long time before the warm water came out, and the water was not hot at all. Another thing is that we stayed in a suite, and the toilet in one of the bathrooms was clogged. Fortunately, the service attitude of the staff was very good, and they helped us unclog it quickly, but it was only so-so, and we could make do with it.
