I recently stayed at this hotel, and it truly exceeded all expectations. From the moment we arrived, the friendly and welcoming staff made us feel right at home. The view from the hotel was absolutely stunning, offering breathtaking scenery that made our stay even more special.
The food was delicious, with a variety of options that satisfied every craving. It felt like every meal was thoughtfully prepared with quality and taste in mind.
One of the best parts of the location is that several famous scenic spots are within 10 km, making it super convenient for sightseeing and day trips. Despite being close to everything, the hotel itself had a peaceful, relaxing atmosphere—so calm and rejuvenating that it felt more like a resort than a typical hotel.
I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a blend of comfort, beauty, and exceptional service. Can’t wait to visit again 🤗

Had a fantastic stay at Heshe Lakeside Resort! The hospitality was top-notch, especially from one of the female staff members who was very welcoming and fluent in English. She greeted me warmly every time we crossed paths, which made the experience even more pleasant.
The food was delicious, and the room was superb—spacious, clean, and comfortable. The environment was truly breathtaking, with stunning views of the lake and surrounding hills. A perfect place to relax and unwind. Highly recommended!

Great location, very beautiful. Lots to see around the area. Only a 10-15 minute drive into town. Very lovely staff!
Some of the power outlets in the rooms don't work. Very clean.

It was amazing, staff were really friendly, rooms were clean and the view spectacular. Although is a place outside the city area i expected more transportation, food was not easy to get and no taxis or Didi. But we really enjoyed the calmness and beauty of nature.

Regarding the transportation and shopping convenience you mentioned, we fully understand your expectations. Our hotel is five kilometers from the city center, and since it is the Chinese New Year when you are staying, 90% of the people are on holiday, so taxis are much less than usual
