Fei and her family do not only offer a comfortable stay, but they helped my family plan great activities. She speaks perfect English and is always happy to organize for us. We got to enjoy the cruise through the canals of Guilin, the cruise to Yangshuo and a beautiful light show in Yangshuo.
We highly recommend this comfortable room to anyone!

Beautiful rooms and extremely nice hosts

I had a wonderful stay at Junshe Boutique Family Hostel. The rooms are very clean and beautiful with high quality facilities. Fei and her husband are extremely nice people who try their utmost to make you feel welcome and to make your stay worthwhile. They also helped me with booking tours which I found extremely helpful. The hotel might be a bit far from the city centre but either using public transport or a Didi you can easily reach the city centre and I enjoyed staying in a quiet neighbourhood.
I highly recommend this place!

A total disappointment!!!

The room was large but the walls were all ruined. The pillow and linen smelled like smoke. Dirty towels with stains.
We were asked for an upgrade when the reservation was not cancelable.

Fantastic small-scale family hotel in a quiet, older part of Guilin

Fei (and Yoyo) respond quickly before and during your stay. They do everything they can to make you happy, helping foreigners with payment apps (such as WeChat and Alipay), day trips, tickets and renting scooters, for example. Hospitality is big!

Beautiful hotel in a beautiful city.

Such a lovely hotel in the beautiful city of Guilin. Fei and her family were super helpful and welcoming, assisting with booking tickets for excursions and shows. The room was excellent with wet room en-suite. A bus stop very close to get into the centre. However if you use Alipay or WeChat pay, Didi was very accesible and easy to get a taxi. Would highly recommend staying here and would love to stay there again if ever in Guilin!
