Pros:
1. Hotel staffs are very accommodating and helpful, they are very nice, thumbs up to them
2. Nice bathrooms with bath tub, definitely a plus
3. Just within walking distance to tourist spots
Cons:
1. Very bad breakfast, with the room price that much, not worth the money
2. Dusty room floors, bedroom slippers not provided
3. No shelves for clothes
4. No tea or coffee being provided, no coffee even at breakfast
