Great

The location is good. Near the zhongyang pedestrian street. But it will be very difficult to find since there's no sign of the hotel. You have to got to the 8th floor of the apartment to meet the reception. The staff is friendly although they only can speak mandarin and Russian. So we have to use body language to communicate. The room is clean and big enough. Wifi connection is very fast although in China some website were blocked by the government. Overall this is a good hotel. I will definitely back again.

Totally Unexpected

Traveled to Harbin for a short weekend to see Ice Festival. This was the worst part of the trip. We probably should have known from the name, but hotel this is not. Basically, its an apartment building turned hotel. Upon arrival, we had no idea where to go.... No signs or identification. Driver from airport took us to the 8th floor lobby, term used loosely. Check-In was easy once you got over the language barrier.
Room was a typical Motel 6 type. However, not clean. If the room was clean, rating may be higher as we were only sleeping here anyway. One item however, was the safety. Our room had one bath with a shower. In photo, you can see that shower head was in the area of an electric outlet for the water heater... We survived, but still questioned safety.
Internet was individual for the room... Worked OK.
No other amenities at this location... No lounge, no restaurant, etc...
It is in a good location for St. Sophia and Central Street.
If you have other options while visiting Harbin, I would recommend those vs. Mango Holiday Apartment.

You have got to be kidding

I have traveled all over Asia and this is the WORST place I have ever stayed at. I have no idea who reviewed this but she is dead wrong, unfortunately i booked based on the rating and am I ever sorry I did.
The location was good, that is why it is rated a 2, it is NOT clean, the bathroom is a joke, the shower was broken, it was dirty, everything was dirty except the linen.
We booked two rooms one for 2 people one for 4 people, the large room still only had two cups and two towels for 4 people.
The staff were not helpful, and not pleasant, our Chinese is not very good and that is not their fault but they don't need to be rude. We were not expecting to leave a 200 RMB deposit each but we needed to and they only take cash or Chinese credit card so be fore warned.
Literally a ceramic panel 2" x 3" fell off the wall behind me in the hallway and crashed on the floor.
There is a kettle and some what of a kitchen, again not clean, food in the sink even, and one burner but no dishes or pots or anything to clean with.
The elevators are very slow and usually over crowded.
This is actually the first experience i have had were the review was so wrong, if you are going to take the trouble to review something at least be honest.

上一位住客的小孩把手表不知道丢在哪里，打电话给老板大姨，我和大姨一起找了沙发床枕头角落，沙发后面，虽然没找到，但是老板大姨真的很负责👍
房间干净，没有那种捂得很久的异味，设施对我来说很齐全😀
