The most difficult thing we experienced was during check-in. Upon seeing our passports, the desk simply told us “we are not authorised to receive foreigners, go to Shangri-la”. Luckily, trip.com intervened to solve the issue, but it made us had a bad time at the start. In addition:
The room looked much larger in the pictures, the phone in the room did not work, and the mini-fridge in the room did not work either. One of the days, we had to leave the shower open for 10 minutes before we had warm water.
In general, we think this hotel is not a three but a two star hotel.
The location and the cleanliness were good in general.

Let me talk about the service first. I went to a female waiter who didn't wear a mask at 8 o'clock in the morning and told us that there was no room. The room notification didn’t come when I arrived at eleven o’clock. I called and asked if there was a room change. Two male waiters said yes. Then I went and gave me a key card that couldn’t open the room. I sat for another ten minutes before I could come. I took the elevator downstairs to change the room card, and then a male front desk took me up. When I opened the door, a guest hadn’t left and packed all the luggage in the room. We took the super slow elevator and went down to change us. The man at the front desk of the room was going to take us up halfway. I didn’t care about going to eat. I stopped him and told us what to do if there was any problem with the room. Then he opened the door of the room and there was no slippers in the room for taking a shower. The slippers were finished or broken... The exhaust fan was also the same Bad, this is the worst experience I have stayed in so many Lavande hotels, I will really thank you
