A friend recommended this hotel to us, apart from the stairs to the reception which were a bit uncomfortable, everything else was excellent. Excellent rooms, excellent staff, the woman at the reception even spoke a little Italian. For me it was a pleasant surprise, availability and courtesy, if we consider Of the various hotels in HK, I have to say I found this one quite pleasant.I will definitely return to this hotel next year. Ciao

Please avoid youself, family, friends from staying in this dilapidated hotel!

Dear Guests, please avoiding from staying such a dilapidated hotel! You need to move your suitcase to the 2nd floor which is their hotel lobby! If you have too much luggage, don't waste your precious time and energy! It's too much trouble! Also, at this hotel price, you can refer to better hotels! This hotel is just a 1-star at best! Toilets in hotel rooms are like public toilets, I think there are some public toilets better than them! Definitely makes you not want to go to the bathroom or shower! The air conditioning in the room is also old! The sheets have dirty marks! The walls also have the effect of paint removal, which really ruins your view! Please avoid this hotel! There is only one elevator in this hotel, and if you want to risk trying the jump machine! Come here and experience it! But cherish your own lives, do not involve family and friends, you can definitely find other better hotels! Don't go for convenience, or cheap! And this hotel is not very cheap! But everything costs money! Put an end to this hotel! Susi, the hotel receptionist, is also impolite and dishonest! When she only asked me if I was checking out and didn't even ask me why? But she claimed she does to a booking platform! I guess she might have language barriers?

Scammer guest house with rude and poor customer service 3rd time

Spent 100usd $ for just box room request to change window room but very rude and poor customer service they told to add money scammer it’s 3rd time they gave me bix room ..scary elevator..

Not Clean Not Value for Money Elevator Not Stable

We didn't stay here because first day during check in these are what we found: 1) elevator not stable - can't risk our life here 2) room smells bad and there are traces of trash from previous guest 3) not clean, bathroom things are rusty 4) aircon doesn't cool 5) window curtain not fixed 6) beds have mites 7) first staff who accomodate us did not accomodate us well 8) description on their posts appears to be new but in the actual it is an old room and building. deceptive posts. 9) despite of this, they didn't give us any refund. we opted to look for another hotel than to stay in a hotel that wouldn't provide comfort during our stay and life risks due to elevator and really it's not conducive for staying. Too pricey for uncomfortable stay.

Great hotel for quality and price.
The place is convenient, you can take any means of transport to get to any area of interest.
The reception are all nice and helpful. I know HK like my pocket, I assure you that this hotel is very convenient if you want to spend more time in the Kowloon area.
Those who complain about this hotel, can always try to book at the peninsula.
