Hong Kong Vacation with family

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room had a relaxing atmosphere — it was neat, impeccably clean, and blissfully quiet, making it the perfect place to unwind after exploring the city with the hotel strategically situated near major shopping mall, tourist attractions, and convenience stores.
The staff were super helpful and approachable throughout this trip. A huge thank you to Mr. King Wu for being so welcoming and accommodating. Highly recommended!

HK GETAWAY 2026

We had a wonderful stay! The rooms were spacious, spotlessly clean, and ideal for families. The staff were remarkably accommodating and approachable throughout our visit—a special thanks to Mr. King for such a warm and memorable welcome.
​The location could not be better. It offers easy access to MTR stations and buses, and is within walking distance of amazing spots with stunning views like the Avenue of Stars, K11 MUSEA, HK Cultural Centre, and Harbour City. Highly recommended!

Transit Stay at Regal Kowloon Hotel

Me and my family recently stayed at Regal Kowloon Hotel during a short transit stop in Hong Kong, and unfortunately, the experience fell short of expectations.
The hotel is conveniently located in Tsim Sha Tsui and is approximately a 30-minute ride from the airport, depending on traffic conditions. As accommodation in Hong Kong can be quite expensive, we expected a higher standard of comfort and service. Since this was only a transit stay, we were also unable to fully enjoy or assess the hotel's amenities.
Check-in took longer than expected, and there were no available seats in the lobby for my family while we waited. Prior to arrival, I had specifically requested that one of our two rooms be equipped with a walk-in shower, as my mother is a person with a disability (PWD). Unfortunately, this request was not accommodated.
The rooms assigned to us appeared dated and lacked bidets. In the first room, one of the beds was noticeably slanted and appeared to be broken. The second room had a musty odor, and one of the telephones was not functioning, which ultimately required us to transfer to another room.
On a positive note, the staff members we interacted with were courteous and helpful. However, the overall condition of the rooms, combined with the failure to accommodate our accessibility request, made our stay less comfortable than anticipated.
I hope management will address these concerns and continue improving the guest experience for future visitors.

I stayed at the Regal Kowloon Hotel with my family, and I had a wonderful experience.
The lobby smelled very fragrant and welcoming right when we walked in. The hotel staff went the extra mile to make our stay special.
I want to give special praise to their manager named Dennis Dulay. He was very polite and helpful. He explained everything we needed to know clearly and patiently. His friendly presence made us feel truly welcome.
I am so satisfied with my stay, and I highly recommend this hotel!
