Good location and super friendly staff

Very good location ( infront of tsim sha tsui station) , friendly staff, we got 1 free ulimited data sim card, special price for disneyland-fery to macao-and others attractions.
Free water for everyday !

Good to stay

the room was clean and tidy, but small, which i think matches with the price. The whole building had water service disruption on the last day i stayed though.
But it has very good location and staff is nice
Will be back soon.

The property was easy to find probably because we did a thorough research for the directions before heading to HK. It is located along Nathan Road, near Tsim Sha Tsui MTR Station. Second, they are accepting late check in and the staff who accommodate us can understand english as well. The facility is just right complete with toiletries (shampoo, bath gel, tissue and bath towel), dining essentials such as mugs, pitcher, thermos and the property has water dispenser where you can choose from hot, cold or ambient. The bed is super comfy, aircon is functional and the television has english movies (since the channels are all in chinese ). It is worth the price. Will probably choose this when we go back at Hong Kong.

I WILL NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE

I will not recommend this place, its very shocking the room is situated inside their small crowded office..light is not sufficient, uses old plastic cups only, dirty rooms,worn out walls, slow wifi, foul smelling comfort room and not a friendly staff except for kenny who is very helpful. Go to new yiu fai guest house instead (same floor) since rooms are newly renovated and there staff are kind and friendly..Not a good place yo stay.

Great location with friendly staff

Me and my friends spent our 8d7n HK trip in this guesthouse.
I would say it isn't very good nor very poor. Very typical guesthouse experience in HK whereby room is extremely small. Furthermore, my friend's room was "flooded" because of the water dispenser near his room broke down. However, the staff had immediately cleaned the room when we informed them about this.
There is one thing which I would like to compliment is about the location of the guesthouse. It is 2min walk from the TST station via Exit D1 (Carnavon road). There is also one 7-11 outlet opposite the hostel which is really convenient. In addition, the guesthouse also sells discounted disneyland ticket & ocean park ticket for guests who are interested to go.
In a nutshell, if you are looking for a place to sleep, you may consider it. It definitely worth the money that you paid for.
