For being a small maybe an old hotel it was very clean, service was good and has the basic services and things that are needed

Decent hotel at an economic price
Park Lane Hotel is located in a newly developed part of Shaping town. The hotel is about 2 years old. Everything inside was new. I was pleasurely surprised at the amenities that this hotel offers in the room:
1) Frosted glass shower with large rain shower heads
2) Granite countertop with beautiful ceramic sink
3) Marble tiles throughout the bathroom floor
4) Large glass business desk
5) 2 Comfortable queen size beds
6) 42 inch flat screen TV which had some English channels (mostly Pearl TV from Hong Kong)
7) Individual Toothbrush & Toothpaste kits
8) Large room size of about 350 sq ft
We got the room for less than 200 Reminbi per night, which is about USD30 per night. I was very surprised. A comparable room in North American would likely go for about USD$90 per night.
We stayed two nights at the hotel and our rooms faced a factory area, which was rather quiet. If you face the main street, "Qinjin South Road", it is very noisy as it is a main thoroughfare. It is also very dusty as there are lots of constructions going on at nearby residential project called "Diamond Villa" which is an upscale luxurious residential area with detached homes, hotel and condos. We ended up having dim sum there as it was a nice developed area.
The only complaint that I have was it is NOT a smoke free hotel. A lot of people smoke in China, so it could cause some problems for certain travellers. Otherwise, it is very value for your money.

这次入住体验超棒，必须狠狠夸一下酒店服务员！办理入住时，前台工作人员效率超高，还贴心推荐了周边好玩的地方，瞬间就让人对这座城市有了期待。入住期间，客房服务响应迅速，房间总是被打扫得一尘不染，毛巾、洗漱用品补充得也很及时 。

房间卫生隔音都可以经常到这边来都是来这边住 总得来说是性价比高的酒店了价格一百左右住这种算是可以的了！

地方好找，停车位多，装修还算新，但电梯有时会停，等会就好，有自助洗衣机，要强调前台帅哥服务热情，追出来退钱，点赞👍，总的来说性价比超级高！性价比高！性价比高！
