The hotel was fine, however, you should be aware that some of the rooms are smoking rooms. The location of the hotel was good, it was close to the park with the dolphin and you could rent bicycles close to the hotel.

- Booked a lake view room, and received a different with a view to the street.
- The sink was broken which flooded the room.
- Almost no hot water in the shower.
- No towels provided by the hotel - only paper ones.
When I reached to Trip.com to report this - the hotel manager lied about the situation.
Bottom line - If hot water, a working sink, getting the room you booked and no floods in the room are important to you - I Would recommend to book a room somewhere else.

First of all, thank you for staying with us. I apologize for the sudden leak in the sink. There was no way to change the room that day, during the maintenance process, you said to take the train at 2 o'clock in the middle of the night, in order not to affect your rest, we only did a simple treatment. Next to the hotel is Jiayuguan 4A-level artificial lake park, because you can't see the lake at night. Towels and bath towels provided in the room are disposable. Due to miscommunication, the staff did not fully understand what you meant and gave you disposable items again.
Apologies again for communication and unexpected issues. We work hard to improve this and welcome you to come back if you have the opportunity to come back, and I invite you to stay at our hotel for free. Good luck every day!
