It is an amazing place to stay, nice environment, clean, people from around the world gather here are very friendly. And the owner Ella is very helpful to give me tour advise, i will definitely stay here again if i come here to visit again.

Meeting you for the first time feels like reuniting with an old friend! Here, products are of good quality and low price. The fruits, beef and mutton are especially delicious and very cheap. Our youth hostel also regularly organizes group meals and parties. We provide all travelers with free travel consultation information and transportation information of neighboring countries, and help arrange your travel itineraries. You are also welcome to visit Kashgar Old Friend Return International Youth Hostel again next time. This place will always be a home in Kashgar for travelers from all over the world.

Ella is a conscientious and gracious host who has cultivated a warm and fun environment. I had a great experience sleeping in the comfortable dorm which was a very fair price by China standards as well. Facilities are new and clean. I slept well on a comfy bed in a relatively quiet neighborhood that’s still very close to the ancient city. Also you can take a taxi directly to her Homestay whereas in the ancient city you have to carry your bags at least a few hundred meters from taxi drop off. Ella was patient and answered all of my touristic questions while caring for the other guests too. Also she often prepares a potluck meal for a fair price. I met many interesting travellers here too so if you are looking for a good base to rest that meets your social and touristic needs as well Ella’s home is the place for you. Probably my favorite hostel in my month in China. Shame I have to leave. The private rooms look quite cozy as well

Indeed, our Guren Gui International Youth Hostel is an international youth hostel located in a beautiful village, just 2 kilometers away from the ancient city. There are many delicious restaurants around, and transportation and shopping are also very convenient. Wish you a pleasant journey, and we look forward to your next trip to Kashgar!

The boss is very friendly and very helpful. The weather was hot but she provided an individual fan for everyone and also gave us a lot of free fruits. I came back late from a trip and she helped me order some lamb skewers so I don’t have to go out.

Thank you for your comments and praise, young man! Hope your trip to Kashgar, China, is an unforgettable and wonderful journey! Our youth hostel is located in a beautiful village, where there are many fruit trees with free fruits to pick, as well as many specialty food stores. The food here is cheap and delicious. It's only 2 kilometers from here to Kashgar Ancient City, and it takes about 20 minutes to walk there. Transportation and shopping here are very convenient. Welcome to come again next time!

This hostel offered very friendly and warm experience in Kashgar!
The common room is comfortable, so you can interact with other travelers (Yes, Kashgar is relatively the frontier-like place, so unique travelers are gathering here.)
One surprising thing here is shower rooms. They are unified with squad-toilet, but using it is not so difficult as you think!

Kashgar is a place worth visiting again. It boasts rich ethnic customs, affordable prices, and the people here are warm and hospitable. You are welcome to travel to Kashgar, China again.
