The hotel staff are very friendly & helpful. They tried to speak English with us, which was very kind. There's a wet market around the back and a very good bakery that sells out instantly. There are also nighttime food stalls, but we didn't partake.

I booked a 4th floor room and it was not clean. Hair all over the bathroom sink and shower area. Several pieces of floor tile are loose and the toilet has a strong sewage smell. After one awful night, I upgraded to a renovated room on the 3rd floor. Still not clean and hair and stain all over but at least there is no smell. The location is good and there are lots of restaurants around and the owner is nice and helpful.

I stayed for one night without a window and then changed to one with a window. The facilities are the same. The breakfast here is okay. The buffet has buns, fried rice, eggs, etc. It is very convenient for not many people.

One of the most comfortable hotels in Xinjiang. Although there are no windows, the facilities are great and very clean, and the parking is convenient. The floor is 11 floors and the elevator is not crowded.
