Best Resort I have stayed at worldwide - amazing value for money!!

Best Crowne Plaza I have stayed at anywhere in the world hands down. The hotel is amazing both inside and outside. Wonderful private garden setting with the sound of birds singing from your balcony. The service is absolutely top class – virtually all their team speak English and provide the best customer service I have found at any hotel worldwide. Included in your room price is a 24-hour gym with an amazing selection of modern equipment as well as a 3 lane indoor pool, indoor tennis, basketball & badminton courts plus outdoor beach volleyball with a sand area for the kids. They have a Kids Club for the younger kids. Next door is a 700 acre Disney-style theme park – with dozens of rides – see pictures from our hotel balcony.
I plan to bring our family here every year for holidays. Best resort for the money you could find anywhere in the world. Very, very highly recommended.

Nice place to get away from the city for a couple of days without having to travel too far. Well-appointed rooms and higher floors offer nice views of the lake and hills with Kunming city in the background, as well as the amusement park next door. Good breakfast selection including Western options. Even though not all the hot springs were open mid-week, there were still enough options to get some privacy. Not much of interest around the hotel apartment from the hot springs and amusement park but that was fine for us.
