My best hotel stay - fabulous

An immense but stunning hotel - beautiful, down to the smallest detail. It is so large, you will be trekking to your room but it's a reward when you get there. So comfortable & the staff are so friendly & helpful. A wonderful stay.

Staff are friendly and helpful. The hotel room is spacious. The toilet is a bit smelly but lucky it is not closed to my bed.
There is a clinic inside the hotel which provides 24 hours service.

Not a real St. Regis

Underwhelming St. Regis feeling the weight of time. Rooms are large and beds are comfortable but up keep is surely missing: how about shower faucets missing caps? English not widely understood. Breakfast bufffet lacks upscale atmosphere. Otherwise a beautiful property in a great place. I suspect because they can’t charge the high rates seen elsewhere that maintenance is sacrified.

Bottom of the barrel StRegis experience

The hotel sells itself well online - and it is probably one of the local best. In comparison with the standard StRegis experience- this particular one comes in extremely short of the promise. Rooms are dated and not particularly clean. O2 and coffee machine did not work. Super long walk to breakfast if you’re not in the main building. The breakfast is also comparable with an airport chain hotel experience. Are stay was OK but nowhere near the known St.Regis experience.

Our time spent here was most amazing. These posted pictures don't do it justice.
From the moment we arrived, we were approached and treated with welcome spirits and sincere smiles.
The grounds are perfectly maintained, and it's obvious that nothing is missed when maintaining this hotel.
My wife felt like a princess as we never had to search for anyone to assist us.
Every staff member we encountered went over and above and beyond our expectations.
I feel like we made friends while we were there, as everyone treated us with genuine joy and a sincere desire to please us.
I will say, the manager, Danielle, (I may have mispelled this), definitely made certain our stay was memorable and special. Danielle, always extended herself to us, if only to greet us and ask if she could do anything to make our stay more special. She made certain I had a birthday greeting, and she was so personable and quite the added value to this establishment.
