I really liked the boss, lady boss, and all the staff here. Everyone was super friendly and helpful. Dan Jie gave me lots of suggestions for places to visit through WeChat, which I really appreciated since I don’t go out much and tend to overthink everything 😅 Too bad I did not get to meet her in person!
The desserts here were great too. I especially loved their green bean soup. Super impressed sia! The location is also perfect for snow mountain views, though the weather wasn’t great during our trip. Still, it was a really lovely experience overall.

Very cosy place for family! Room 906 can see 日照金山from the room!
The cafe overlooking Yulong snow mountain is stunning! Roof top view is nice for photograph!
Daily breakfast, high tea and supper is provided which is a plus point! We love the high tea with a view a lot! All meals are very nice!
One of the morning we were rushing off to yulong snow mountain and they packed breakfast (bread, apple and milk) for us to bring along! Lovely gesture and we felt so loved!
The golden retriever is so friendly and lovely too!
The workers there are very friendly and helpful too!

The person in charge took the initiative to contact and engage me to confirm the location and things to take note one day prior for my stay. This helps me to know where to pin the exact location and ease my planning. Upon arrival, the PIC has pick us up at the location nearby and carry the luggage for us. Check in was pretty fast. This stay offers one free high tea set (cakes, fruits, hot tea) per room, as well as free heartwarming dessert during night time. Most importantly, this location offers a perfect view of Jade Dragon Snow Mountain aka Yulong Snow Mountain where it is just right in front of the room and cafe. Cafe offers a great and relax atmosphere where you can enjoy the Mountain View in front of you! Room is great with heater and well preparation in the bathroom to avoid slippery. Breakfast is just too good - big thumbs up to the rice noodle! Have a great time here with my family.

Love the place. Unlike Lijiang it is more quieter and layback. Wonderful place to relax after a long excursion. I will go back again for sure. The coffee place has wonderful view of the snow mountain. Staffs there are young and vibrant very friendly and always eager to give their assistance when required. Just to share, we had to leave early in the morning before breakfast was served and the young chap "Simon" prepared us light breakfast for take along with us.
I strongly recommend this place.

第一次入住“九相”就被细节打动，从入住前两天老板娘丹姐主动添加微信建服务群，帮忙指引路线、接机、升级亲子房型，随口提了句想拍日出第二天一早要去玉龙雪山，管家就准备了早餐包给我们送到房间，真的被这份周到暖到心坎里。客栈的环境更是亮点，院子里的花花草草都是精心养殖，花园客栈名副其实，自带的咖啡厅更是绝佳拍照打卡点，咖啡厅一层书架足已体现老板的书品及人品，二层更是出片绝佳位置，背靠雪山🏔️，不用出客栈，不用去挤大几十一杯的咖啡店就可以拍到人生照片。
管家小哥永远笑眯眯的，离店时还收到玫瑰花茶伴手礼。一句“下次再来”夹在客栈准备的伴手礼里～
触动我内心最深的是一位小姐姐，我不知道她的名字，入住期间因为一些原因情绪收到影响触到泪点，小姐姐马上上前安抚，站在院子里双手无措的我瞬间有了安全感。
现在在去往机场途中写出这条好评，感谢九相的每一个人。在这里住的不是房间，是「被捧在手心里」的温柔。如果温暖有形状，大概就是「九相客栈」的样子吧～☀️

出门在外难免会有很多预料之外的问题出现，设身处地得想，这时候如果能有人温柔以待，有些问题也就一笑而过了，不会影响到旅行的心情。所以，九相希望给到客人的体验就是，自在和温暖，不一定奢华，但一定有像回家一样的松弛感。谢谢秦美女的赞，期待下次再来！
