Excellent service and location. We purposely pick hotel at DongBaGu to be able to see the sunrise shining on YuLong mountain. We can see the gold mountain from the dining area.
We are grateful that the hotel helped us to upgrade our rooms to rooms with balcony. We even have a free photoshoot for each room, welcome tea ceremony, night star glazing, and dyeing experience to enjoy. The most importantly, we have to allocate enoguh time to experience all these facilities.
Front desk Xiao Li is very helpful. As we do not have wechat pay to book for the cable car ticket to get up to YuLong mountain, she helped us to do the booking, and even teach us how and when to go there.
Overall it is peaceful and nice hotel to stay at.

The place is well decorated, clean, good bed,etc. Everything is very good. But the constant noise of the nearby park with the speaker blasting music, singing and shouting is unbearableble. My room had a balcony, and I decided to have a cup of tea contemplating the beautiful forest in front of it, but I had to quit because of the constant noise. Had to return to the room and put my music loud to cover the noise! The hotel is located in this beautiful and serene location, but pitty that you can't enjoy it peacefully.

I was very excited when I arrived at the store on the first day. The hotel environment is good, the public areas are decorated in an antique style, and the restaurant has a good view. The princess costumes and headgears were carefully prepared in the room, which won the children's favorite. Breakfast is not a buffet, but a set menu. Although there are not many types, the taste is okay. On the second day, I started to step on thunder, and the summary is as follows: 1. When I returned to the hotel in the afternoon, I wanted to order some tea by the stove, and then have dinner. As a result, landlines, mobile phones, and wandering all over the hotel could not find a waiter. Later, I finally found a talent I was told that the chef had gone home, there was no dinner that day, and it was uncertain whether there would be breakfast the next day (follow-up: a simple breakfast was prepared by the front desk the next day). It was around 6:00 p.m., the nearby scenic spot had just closed, and the surrounding area was very remote, and there was no takeaway at all. If you want to eat, you have to take a taxi to the city, and the round-trip taxi fare is more than 100. It was later discovered that our family might be the only guests staying that night, so the chef seemed to have gone home for the holidays. If you inform us in advance, we can understand and make arrangements earlier. But the hotel's handling method is really poor and lacks service awareness. 2. In terms of hardware, some details are still different from those of star-rated hotels, such as cold toilets and air-conditioning outlets covered with spider silk. 3. The name is not worthy of the name, there is no hot spring, and it is said that it has not been opened for a long time. , 4. The location is remote, and it is inconvenient to eat and take a taxi.
