Modern but on the "local" side

We were never certain of the exact name of the hotel: it has many. What's printed on their own documents is: "XiangheyihaoJiari Hotel" alongside various spellings of "Holiday No. 1" so I believe I got this right.
There as part of a group tour for one night, then again for another night near the end of the tour. The good news: there was hot water and it was possible to control the heat on a chilly night. But the bathroom's floor is so slippery when wet as to be dangerous (really), we could never figure out how to use the TV, we didn't know there was no way to control the entrance light (it has a mind of its own), and the breakfast buffet would be fine for local persons but not so much for foreigners.
As it should, my review reflects my own experience. It is not a terrible hotel, and the tour agent had warned that some facilities during the trip might not be up to our hopes/expectations. In this case, they were right. Would I go back? Might prefer other options.

I was very disappointed to stay in this hotel. Just after checking in, the child fell down on the stone road in the yard, and the child's knee was very deep. At that time, I went to take care of the things to be disinfected at the front desk, and they gave me iodophor and gauze , I saw that the date of iodophor had expired the year before last. I asked the front desk and said there was no more. I hurriedly took the child to Lijiang People's Hospital. The incision was very deep and I had 2 stitches. As a result, the child could not go downstairs for breakfast in the morning. We went down to eat I took it back to the store for my child, and the waiter refused to let me explain it to her for a long time before I reluctantly agreed. In short, this experience is very disappointing

A hotel with more than 1,000 yuan per night has no hot water or heating. It has been reported that there is no hot water for bathing, and at night it is said that it will be available in the morning. In the morning, I waited from 9 o'clock to 12 o'clock, but nothing was done. At 12 o'clock, I was urged to check out, and I didn't even have to take a shower. I have never encountered such a hotel, which delayed the schedule and affected my mood.
