Was extremely nice and as much as they could the location was great and the room was quite big and very safe.

Service 0. It was raining when we arrived. And while everybody was picked up by their hotels (many small carts were going),our hotel refused to pick us up or organize some pickup option. We were luckily that a different hotel manager that came to pick up some guest pitied us and took us with him for free. It’s crazy. After arriving at our hotel they wanted to take copies of our passport ( other places just take pictures) which is okay. But they wanted to go to a place 4 minutes away to copy it (while raining). Super weird. Who takes away the passport?? Even after we said we don’t feel comfortable we had no option then to agree. The room was okay the beds were hard. No free water provided. At night it was super cold as the windows are not properly isolated and we were freezing and wet (due to the humidity). The bathroom was ridiculous. The toilet was somehow broken. The shower was moldy and dirty. The bathroom fan made loud noises when the light was turned on. We couldn’t even take a shower because it was so bad. The next day we asked the hotel lady whether there is a free bus and she said she doesn’t know and she can’t bring us to the station Blabla. We asked someone on the street and there is even a free shuttle service going through the town which we then took because we had luggage. All in all I would never stay here again and not recommend it to anybody. The location itself was not bad.
