I arrived at the hotel very late on the day of check-in, and was told at the front desk that there was no room to change, and I was staying with my baby. It was too late and I didn't want to make a fuss. As a result, the baby cried all night. This is a hotel on Ctrip's list. I really don't know why it is on the list. Write a comment for follow-up people to avoid lightning. In addition, let’s talk about breakfast, the room includes meals, but I gave two 20 yuan vouchers to eat in the restaurant on the first floor. It is recommended to train more employees. First of all, when we parked, there was obviously a large parking space, but the security guard asked us to park next to the garbage station. When we opened the door, there was a bad smell. After we reported it, we were directed to another place. Secondly, the attitude of the front desk is also very slack. We reported that we need a few more disposable slippers and toothbrush sets, and expressed our reluctance. 800 a night room, these basic equipment can not meet, there is really no 4-star service standard. In addition, not to mention the 'little' problems such as slow drainage of the bathroom, bursting of the hair dryer shell, and the smell of smoke when the door is opened.
