Family vacation was so amazing

My child's are so happy and amazing while staying in Artyzen all staff is friendly and very helpful

Lovely hotel

Grand Lapa is my home away from home. Very friendly and personalised attention and service. Beautiful resort facilities. Very nice breakfast buffet and lunch semi-buffet (with options: main entree plus buffet or buffet only). The ambience is evocative of Portuguese heritage. Most staff speak good English, great for international travellers.

Great staying experience

The room is clean and tidy. The view from the balcony is nice. The swimming pool with jacuzzi and slide is relaxing. The hotel front deck officer (Lico) is very welcoming. She upgraded our room and sent us a dessert for my birthday celebration. I would like to stay here again!

Very satisfied trip

Thank you very much Lico, the staff who helped me check-in the day, learned that I had a friend's birthday, she did not just send a sincere congratulations, so carefully arranged the birthday cake and surprise, I was very impressed. During the process, she was kind, explaining the hotel facilities and services with super detail and patience. Great service has made my journey a perfect start, which is a compliment to her!
