The hotel is located on Taipa Island, near the four-faced Buddha and Macau Stadium and approximately 8 km from Macau International Airport. This location is also 24 km from the New Macau Maritime Ferry Terminal. Hotel amenities include a sauna, steam room, exercise room, cocktail lounge and a restaurant. There are 312 rooms in all and a Lakeview Café offering the finest European and Asian specialties. A fully equipped business centre should satisfy the needs of all corporate travellers whilst a swimming pool completes the list of recreational features.

**Disappointing Stay at This Hotel – Poor Value for Money**
I seldom leave negative reviews, but my recent experience at this hotel fell far below expectations, especially given its price point.
To start, the room appeared dated and worn, with outdated furnishings and decor that indicated a lack of proper maintenance. The overall ambiance felt neglected—a surprising shortcoming in a city known for its high hospitality standards.
Additionally, basic amenities were lacking. There was no tissue box in the room, and when I requested coffee, creamer, and sugar, housekeeping informed me these items were unavailable. Such essentials are standard at any reputable hotel, making their absence both inconvenient and unacceptable.
Given the cost of my stay, I would have gladly paid an extra 200–300 HKD to book at a neighboring property like the Galaxy, where service and quality are consistently superior. Unfortunately, due to the last-minute nature of my trip, the Galaxy and other nearby hotels were fully booked, leaving me with limited alternatives.
In summary, this hotel fails to meet expectations in terms of maintenance, amenities, and overall value. I cannot recommend staying here unless no other options are available. Macau offers far better accommodations, and it is worth planning ahead to ensure a more comfortable and well-appointed stay.
**I will not be returning.**

The hotel is old yet spacious and clear. The front desk staff is not very helpful when we asked for help to reserve a taxi though.

The staff of the hotel are courteous and friendly. We were offered upgraded room. The room is clean and comfortable. Given its cost, it's indeed cost effective.
