Very friendly staff and client oriented service, picturesque lake view from the balcony, perfect and huge outdoor playground, a lot of facilities: Lego room, children’s cinema, table tennis… We enjoyed it!
It was so nice to receive a cake and room decoration for the birthday from the hotel.
Highly recommend the hotel especially to families with kids!

I brought my three-year-old child here on the sixth day of the Lunar New Year. There is a children's playground outdoors. The children had a great time playing. I went there three times in two days. There is also a small children's playground on the first floor of the room. It is a hotel suitable for children who consume electricity. I recommend it. The weather in the past two days is also very good, people are very relaxed, and my husband thinks it is also very good. What I hope to improve is that the ventilation in the toilet is not very good, and it is slightly hot at night. In addition, the alarm bell rang twice at 1 o'clock in the morning. Ricci, the guest relations director, took the initiative to understand the above situation and hope that the hotel will improve next time.

Very nice hotel, the rooms are simple and tidy, the exterior scenery makes people linger, and the service of the hotel impresses us deeply. Ricci, the guest relations director, is warm and friendly, and the service is considerate and meticulous. He upgraded the room for us, which is also the reason why we immediately decided to stay for another night. The concierge Brave delivered ginger soup to the room, and the cleaning lady was also warm and polite. The hotel staff are well trained and courteous, in keeping with Sheraton style. The two small swimming pools are not full of water. There are a lot of impurities floating in the water, but they cannot be discharged.
