On the first day of my stay, I booked an old hotel with an executive big bed room. The facilities and decoration are relatively old, but the experience of staying is still OK... The strange thing is the second day... Suddenly I called and said it was the room on that floor The choice given to me by the team was either to rearrange a standard room or to check out...and let me go back and change rooms! This is the first time that a hotel has such an unreasonable request! I thought it was only one day, so I'd have a standard room... But I was surprised that the standard room they arranged was downgraded... The environment is even worse. The second floor is on the left side of the dining hall. The only thing is that they didn't take the initiative to mention the price difference of the room or I went to consult and refunded 30 yuan...😂 Then I took a shower at night and found that the hair dryer was broken and called to tell me that there was no extra hair dryer! Really drunk! A hotel in Nuoda couldn't find a spare hair dryer, and seeing that I was in a hurry, I arranged room service to come and tell me that there was no extra hair dryer or let me change another room... I was really dumbfounded and I said no to change rooms. Just open a room and let me dry my hair... This problem can be solved. Generally speaking, this hotel that pursues service and quality is not up to standard... Because they do things to me, I feel that I am doing my own way... It seems that it is only a Samsung reservation. ...I don't think they can catch up with at least seven days of Express Hotel / Hanting / Ibis... 😂 For your reference!
